How remote sessions work and how you stay in control.

1. Your permission first
Remote access only begins when you start the session and explicitly approve access. You can watch everything on screen and end the session at any moment.
2. Tools we use

3. Passwords and keys
- You type your own passwords and API keys
- Never send passwords or keys in chat or email
- We recommend multi-factor authentication on every account we set up
4. Before the session
- Close unrelated documents, email, and windows
- Back up important data
- Make sure you have administrator rights
5. After the session
Remote access is closed at the end of the session. Any temporary permissions are removed when no longer needed. If you notice anything unexpected, contact us immediately.
