3. Requests, quotes and confirmation

4. Third-party tools and costs

AI Setup Studio is an independent technical services company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Cursor, Ollama, n8n, Make, or any other AI tool vendor unless expressly stated. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate device and account information
Hold the rights and permissions needed for the devices and accounts we work on
Back up important data before the session
Enter your own passwords and API keys; never send them in chat
Be present during remote sessions

6. Acceptance

The setup is complete when the acceptance tests listed for the package pass on your device, or when the agreed scope is otherwise delivered and confirmed with you.

7. Support

Support for the delivered configuration is included for 14 calendar days after acceptance, as described in our Support Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds and resolutions are handled under our Refund & Resolution Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Liability
